Wine Purchases Terms and Conditions
- Age restrictions: we will only sell wine to over 18’s. In placing an order, you confirm you are over 18. Should the courier have any concern regarding the recipient’s age they may request ID.
- Substitutions: wines are sold as seen and are not returnable. If a product is unavailable within an order, we shall replace it with a similar product of equal or higher value.
- Wines may be subject to vintage changes, if necessary, we reserve the right to change vintages, rest assured the quality will be comparable.
- Breakages: Breakages must be notified within 24hours and claims for replacement require a photo of the sealed bottle
- Refunds: If you are dissatisfied in any way please contact David on 07714 293026
- Faulty wine – although rare, wine is a natural product. We will provide a full refund for any wines that are faulty. We ask for the faulty bottles to be returned to us and will arrange this at your convenience. You must notify us of any wine to be refunded for any of the reasons within 90 days from delivery of the wine.
- Credits: credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make the original payment.
- Delivery: this is arranged by Vinothentic and may take some time dependent on your location. Delivery is to England and Wales only.
- Couriers and drivers are doing their very best to deliver within the usual time frame however this cannot be guaranteed with Co-Vid restrictions. If your order does not arrive when expected please allow a day or two before contacting us. We thank you for your understanding.
- Receiving your delivery: Social distancing will be respected; you will not be asked for a signature. If it is unlikely for someone to receive the goods at the delivery address, please provide details of a safe place or alternative address where your order can be left. If your order is left somewhere at your request and goes missing, we regret that neither we or our couriers can take responsibility.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase.
- Vouchers not used within the 12 months will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 12 month validity period.
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance, quoting the unique reference code.
- Bookings are made by calling reservations on 020 7636 1178 quoting the unique reference code. The voucher must be presented on redemption.
- Vouchers are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers can be made in full or part payment on goods or services and can be ‘upgraded’ on the day by paying the additional costs in cash. Any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
- Vouchers used on set menus available during promotional periods such as the festive season may be subject to a supplement. Please ask when booking.
- Vouchers used for the kitchen experience do not include additional items, such as the optional additional lunch and gratuities.
- Monetary vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher.
- For the term ‘voucher’ used in these terms and conditions, this applies to those purchased through Pied a Terre’s website or the Pied Gifting website.
