Optional Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is the olive oil that we serve at Pied à Terre. Smooth and elegant, the olives are grown in Kalamata and Kefalonia, where Asimakis spent his childhood in Greece, and are picked every second year to give a stronger flavour. Perfect as a dip, adding richness to dishes, or for drizzling over salads.
